A NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS

Please take note of any of the conditions which are very often placed on plans that are granted by CDC.

Residents are the “eyes and ears” of the community and if you feel that any of the conditions are being flaunted by the persons carrying out the work then please report this to the Town Clerk or any Councillor so that CDC enforcement officers can be contacted.

All reports will be treated in absolute confidence.

If you find it difficult to search the CDC planning website, the Clerk will help and will sometimes be able to print the conditions out for you.

The Councillors and Clerk are there to help the community.

CDC allows access to Planning Applications online.

If you need information about any planning application you can visit CDC’s planning website by clicking here. select 'Current' from the drop down status menu then type 'Tickhill' in the search field and press the Search button. This should list all current planning applications for Tickhill.
